General Summary:               

IRIS is seeking a full-time Enterprise Sales Executive. This position is ideal for a self-starter who likes to use a consultative approach to understand client needs and present a solution that drives results leveraging our proprietary solution. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work with a progressive company at the ground floor with the potential for strong career progression and significant income opportunities.  A driven, organized, and entrepreneurial person with strong communication skills will succeed in this position.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is selling IRIS technology to healthcare systems and other emerging markets.  Must be a “Hunter” and can give multiple examples of these accompishments in their career.
  • Must own the entire sales process from lead generation to closing – meeting your assigned sales quota 
  • Build key relationships with C-suite stakeholders positioning yourself to best understand clients’ needs 
  • Work collaboratively with key internal departments to best leverage resources during sales process 
  • Become a subject matter expert to best demonstrate IRIS’ true value proposition  
  • Work with other functions in the firm to identify new clients.
  • Overall responsibility for rapidly building revenue, leveraging his/her industry relationships and the ability to target, impact and close business relationships. 

Skills Required

  • Demonstrated ability to independently close deals $200K
  • Record of success in business development, deal structures, and program development is desired.
  • A great collaborator who has successfully worked with other executives with diverse styles
  • A passion for communicating to groups ranging from 5 to 500; highly poised speaking off the cuff, and capable of being a compelling brand ambassador
  • Highly analytical and numbers-driven; demonstrated experience connecting goals and strategies to KPIs and using data to improve results
  • Solid understanding of healthcare delivery system, population health and healthcare technology

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Four-year undergraduate degree, preferably in business
  • Experience: 5+ years sales experience in healthcare space
  • Candidates must have up-to-date experience with Population Health Companies from a partnership perspective, with knowledge of the Healthcare industry commerce and content.

IRIS is seeking a full-time Director of Marketing to directs and oversee IRIS’ marketing practices, objectives and initiatives to drive awareness and revenue. This position will also track and analyze changes in digital and content marketing, marketplace stakeholders, competitors and the industry, and adjusts marketing plans accordingly. A competent Marketing Director will deepen our existing new business relationships with various organizations, associations and camera suppliers with an end result of generating sales leads, serving as a vital resource for our company

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of digital demand generation budget
  • Assist with the achievement of budgeted sales revenue
  • Ownership and management of prospects’ digital experience including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing, campaigns, performance and functionality
  • Ownership and management of content marketing, media coverage, and speaking opportunities with a focus on conversion strategy and tactics
  • Ownership of awareness and demand generation report analytics and strategy/tactic adjustments
  • Ownership and management of integrated campaign execution created from client case studies and success stories and the measurement of element contribution using marketing campaign monitoring methodologies

Job Title: Customer Support Representative I

General Summary:               

IRIS is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to perform triage on inbound customer support requests by providing level 1 customer service or escalating customer issues as appropriate to Level 2 support. A secondary function is to manage equipment inventory and to coordinate logistics of shipping equipment for new client installations and sales demonstrations. The Customer Service Representative should demonstrate thorough knowledge of internal call handling procedures and use of a ticketing system for management of issue resolution data. This position will be evaluated based on internal and external customer service satisfaction ratings, regular on time attendance history and shift flexibility to meet changing customer demands, commitment to ongoing technical education and successful completion of internal and external certifications as needed, accuracy and regularity of completion of internal process documentation.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent IRIS in a positive and professional manner
  • Work with all team members and vendor partners to satisfy clients and achieve client satisfaction goals
  • Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions
  • Arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared
  • Develop Plans to reduce rework with the aim of eliminating rework
  • Effectively communicate to engage the customer and start the service experience
  • Ensure proper managing of the initial call from the customer
