General Summary:

IRIS is seeking a full-time Director of Marketing to directs and oversee IRIS’ marketing practices, objectives and initiatives to drive awareness and revenue. Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of digital demand generation budget
  • Assist with the achievement of budgeted sales revenue
  • Ownership and management of prospects’ digital experience including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing, campaigns, performance and functionality
  • Ownership and management of content marketing, media coverage, and speaking opportunities with a focus on conversion strategy and tactics

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is selling IRIS technology to healthcare systems and other emerging markets.  Must be a “Hunter” and can give multiple examples of these accompishments in their career.
  • Must own the entire sales process from lead generation to closing – meeting your assigned sales quota 
  • Build key relationships with C-suite stakeholders positioning yourself to best understand clients’ needs

General Summary:

IRIS is seeking a full-time Executive Office Assistant for our main headquarters in Pensacola, FL. This position will be responsible for organizing our executives’ schedules and projects, daily coordination of office events, management of the administrative needs of team members, and serving as the ‘face of IRIS’ that people see when they meet us for the first time. A competent Executive Office Assistant will bring a positive attitude, drive, and strong sense of purpose.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • Effectively and efficient manage CEO’s calendar to allow for a mix of meetings, travel phone conferences and administrative functions, including follow-up and creative time components
  • Ensure meetings run effectively by scheduling and making all arrangements including preparation of agenda and other materials, securing location, ordering food, arranging for audio-visual and telecommunications needs (including conference calls), and maintaining communication with meeting participants

Available Position: Director of Reading Center

General Summary:               

IRIS is seeking a full-time Director of the IRIS Reading Center (IRC) who will lead and manage activities resulting in high quality and business outcomes. The Director will be responsible for ensuring that the IRC is best in class by monitoring KPIs and initiating innovation through process improvement. Additionally the IRC Director will recruit and onboard of Eye Care Providers (ECP) to the IRC and will be responsible for the retention of existing IRC ECPs. The Director of the IRIS Reading Center should demonstrate strong physician relationship skills and have a desire to be the IRIS expert on eye care. This position will be evaluated based on clinical Quality, achievement of business KPIs including ECP recruitment/ retention, and demonstration of Subject Matter Expertise.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve high clinical quality by working closely with Medical Directors and business partners to manage IRIS’s Quality Assurance Program for interpretations
  • Identify clients who have opportunity for improvement with image quality and work closely with the IRIS training team on client improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews with ECPs to focus on quality
  • Facilitation of ECP feedback on IRIS products including identifying opportunities for enhancements on existing products and beta testing of new products
  • Serve as the IRIS Subject Matter Expert on eye care including credentialing/ billing requirements and staying up to date on industry information always.
  • Serve as the IRIS representatives at industry events including but not limited to the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Retinal Association and the American Telemedicine Association to raise awareness of the IRIS profile in the medical world
  • Identification & recruitment of Eye Care Professionals (ECP) to perform interpretations for the IRIS Reading Center
  • Relationship management with contracted ECPs, serving as IRIS primary point of contact for all ECP relationships
  • Development of ideal and reasonable compensation structure for ECPs to include incentives for referrals of both potential IRIS clients and potential IRIS ECPs while maintaining Fair Market Value regulations.
  • Management of ECP assignments based on ECP capacity and client requirements
  • Onboarding and training of new ECPs to the IRIS Reading Center, ongoing training of product enhancements as they are released.
  • Management of IRIS Reading Center roster including maintaining up to date information on ECP license and insurance information
  • Retention of high performing ECPs by establishing and managing a Reward and Recognition program
  • Work closely with IRIS Accounting to ensure timely and accurate billing and payments to/from the IRIS Reading Center

General Summary:               

IRIS is seeking a full-time Training Specialist. The Training Specialist is a client-facing individual who train user populations in the effective adoption and utilization of the IRIS system. The Trainer will provide on-site and webinar training sessions for clients and staff according to customer mandated schedules. The Trainer must have excellent communication and presentation skills. They must be able to clearly and patiently explain sometimes difficult technical material to customers with varying levels of proficiency. The Training Specialist will also provide ongoing customer support to IRIS clients. This position will be evaluated based on internal and external customer service satisfaction ratings, commitment to ongoing technical education and successful completion of internal and external certifications as needed, accuracy and regularity of completion of internal process documentation.

Skills Required

  • Become subject matter expert on software applications through self-directed learning
  • Create, review and edit new and revised training course materials, handouts, instructional aids and presentations
