The IRIS Team is Helping Our Clients End Preventable Blindness

What Makes IRIS Different?

Our Core Focus: To end preventable blindness.

Our Values: We pledge to live the IRIS WAY for those we serve by upholding and living these core values as we seek to achieve our mission.

"The IRIS Way to me means persistence. Sight is too precious to lose. Diabetic retinopathy, the leading cause of blindness in working adults, is preventable. The IRIS Way guides us every day to persevere and push toward our goal to unseat diabetes as the leading cause of blindness, in spite of the many barriers traditionally encountered with this type of technology disruption. The IRIS Way helps us lock arms with our healthcare partners in sync to deliver on this promise and help prevent blindness in their patients."

- Sunil Gupta, MD, Founder of IRIS

Team Spotlight: What Does IRIS Mean to You?

Our team is important to us. These spotlights depict how different members of our team embody the IRIS Way on a daily basis, upholding our core values.
IRIS has given me the ability to pivot from an executive assistant role, to operations management, and marketing as well. That's the type of atmosphere and culture we have at IRIS. Testimonial by Mia Wohl.

Why Work at IRIS?

It’s not very often that people get to come to work and impact someone’s future. At IRIS, we make a real difference daily. The physicians we empower, the patients we help them protect, and the outcomes they both achieve make our day-to-day meaningful.

We Work As A Team

We go boldly, with courage, passion and perseverance. When doing so, we will always work together as a team and have each others' backs. We are committed to learning together and teaching one another as we do our work, both inside and outside our organization.

We Take Accountability

We hold ourselves and our partners accountable to achieving successful results, with both our words and our actions. We answer to our decisions, execution and tactics, willingly embracing when someone challenges us or asks 'why.'

We Have a Sense of Urgency

We always remember and embrace that the work we do, the way we respond and serve, impacts people's lives and therefore must respond and solve problems with both urgency and respect. Your problem is our problem and we will treat it as such.

A Growing Company in the Heart of Pensacola

It is important for us to have an office space where people feel comfortable, productive and inspired. Last year, we rebuilt and revamped an old theater from the early 20th century into an open, collaborative workspace for our home-based team members as well as our remote team. Small-town feel with global aspirations, while we are headquartered in Pensacola, we will continue to build a team across the world.
